The data we collect is limited to that which is necessary to carry out our work. The information we ask for is essential for our partner representatives to be able to provide insurance quotes and communicate with you. It is also necessary to obtain the right price for the risk to be insured. Please note that ducksbay™ never communicates with these users and does not collect any banking or payment information.
Your data is sent to our partner insurance representatives, whose job it is to provide you with insurance quotes. Once the data has been transmitted, they can use it to create an insurance file in your name and share your information to different insurers, partners and providers in order to make you the best insurance offer. Our partners can provide you with quotes for insurance products and related financial services. They may also contact you after you have submitted your application or when you renew your policy. Please note that data transmitted to insurance representatives is subject to their own privacy policies and terms of use. Please be aware that ducksbay™ does not create any insurance records on these users and does not perform any activities reserved for insurance representatives.
Only our employees, subcontractors, providers and insurance partners may have access to your information. In all cases, we ensure that such access is necessary and justified. We will also ensure that only those who are authorized to do so have access to your information, and then only in your interest and in connection with the services you have requested from us.

We ensure that the data we send to representatives is accurate, complete and up-to-date at the time of sending. ducksbay™ does not alter or modify your information in any way.
Access and rectification to your information must be made by the representative to whom your request is addressed. This is because ducksbay™ does not create or manage any insurance files on these users. If your situation changes and you wish to receive a new quote, you must complete another one based on your situation. To request what information ducksbay™ holds about you, you can fill out a Ticket. The information we hold about you will be sent to you by e-mail within 72 business hours. Most of the time, this information will be inaccessible because it will have been deleted after 5 business days following collection. This is because ducksbay™ deemed that after 5 business days, our partners will have benefited from the time needed to provide you with insurance quotes and that our retention goal will have been achieved. There is therefore no need to retain your information any longer.

We put in place appropriate procedures, processes, mechanisms and technologies to ensure that your data is well protected. We ensure that these measures are up to date, meet industry standards and comply with current legislation.
